We hope that you love your FABactivewear as much as We do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply mail off your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item and We will happily offer a refund. We do not currently offer exchanges.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as we are not responsible for any lost/missing returns.

Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you the purchased amount and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We don’t refund original shipping charges.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns allowed over 14 days.

All FABactivewear items must be returned folded, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, with original tags. All items will be thoroughly inspected before refunds are issued, and any items that do not conform with our returns policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at your expense.

Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non-refundable. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the UK.

We guarantee our clothing to be free from manufacturing defect for the first 14 days following receipt as long as you follow our care instructions.

Returns of orders placed separately will be processed separately.

Any items purchased at a FABactivewear event or pop-up shop will be processed in accordance with this returns policy. No cash refunds will be issued and a store credit will be issued for the full amount of the item(s) returned.
